Which games and genres do you support?

We support a range of game titles and genres to cater to various interests:

Who can participate in the tournaments?

Any eligible player above the age of 18 can register.

How do I register for the tournament?

Players must complete the official registration form on the EA Grand Prix Esports website or Linktree.

On the website homepage, select the game title that you wish to participate in and fill out the form. Ensure you have purchased a ticket to confirm your participation.

Is there an entry fee for the tournament?

Yes, the fees below are discounted at 15%; ensure you have a promo code to enjoy the discount:

  • Solo ticket: Kshs 1500
  • Duo ticket: Kshs 2500
  • Squad ticket (applicable to teams): Kshs 5000
  • LAN Party Ticket: Kshs 1000

Do I need to be part of a team to participate?

It depends on the tournament format:

  • Solo Tournaments: EA FC 25 Men & Women, Chess, Tekken 8, and WRC are individual entries.
  • Team-Based Events: Call of Duty Mobile Multiplayer (5v5), PUBG Mobile (4v4), and NBA 2K25 (5v5) require you to register as part of a team.
  • If you’re looking to form or join a team, check out our team formation guidelines and community forums, where you can connect with fellow gamers.

How are matches scheduled?

Match schedules will be announced on the website and communicated to participants via Discord. Present at the event will be tournament officials, who will ensure smooth and fair gameplay.

How are prizes distributed?

Prize structures vary by tournament and may include:

  • Cash prizes: Awarded to top finishers.
  • In-Game Rewards: currency, skins, or other exclusive items.
  • Merchandise: Special offers from our store and partners.
  • Ranking and Recognition: Opportunities to gain experience and elevate your status in the competitive community.

All prize details are listed on the respective game titles.

The inaugural tournament is a Kshs 850,000+ prizepool tournament. Prizes will be paid via approved payment methods within 30 to 60 days. Players must provide correct payment details to receive winnings.

Are discounts included?

Can I stream my tournament matches?

Players are not allowed to stream their matches while competing. Final matches will be streamed across different social media channels

What should I do if I suspect cheating?

Report suspected cheating or rule violations to the tournament officials immediately for investigation.
